About the Company
We are a privately held HVAC sheet-metal manufacturer based in Southern California, serving as a regional leader in duct fabrication. Our multi-site footprint across the Western U.S. supports mechanical contractors with quick-turn stock options and around-the-clock deliveries. We produce rectangular, round/spiral, and flat-oval duct and fittings, alongside welded grease duct and specialty components for exhaust and dust-collection systems.
Our modern fabrication platform features multiple coil lines, spiral machines, CNC laser and plasma cutting, spiral elbow forming, and robotic welding. We handle a broad range of materials—including galvanized, stainless, aluminum, black iron, and coated steels—to deliver everything from fast-track tenant improvement packages to large, multi-phase institutional, commercial, and industrial scopes.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleBuild clean estimate worksheets and manage the fundamentals of takeoff
- check_circleContribute to live bids by preparing scopes, alternates, and inclusions/exclusions
- check_circleRead plans and specifications to quantify materials and labor for ductwork and accessories
- check_circlePartner with fabrication and project management teams to validate production hours and logistics
- check_circleUtilize Bluebeam and Excel to maintain data hygiene and speed in estimating processes
Requirements
- verified0–2 years of sheet metal, HVAC, mechanical or construction experience
- verifiedRelated degree or certificate in CM, ME/MEP, drafting, or welding/fab
- verifiedBeginner proficiency with Bluebeam and Excel
