The Treasury Management Service & Onboarding (S&O) group is dedicated to delivering a seamless, end-to-end commercial card experience for our clients. We operate at the intersection of service excellence, operational rigor, and strategic growth, ensuring that every client interaction reinforces trust and efficiency. Our team serves as the backbone of the commercial card lifecycle, from initial implementation to ongoing servicing, working closely with Sales, Product, and Risk to align execution with enterprise priorities.
As the Commercial Card Manager, you will lead a high-performing, client-facing team responsible for the full lifecycle of commercial card services. This role is designed for a strategic leader who thrives on optimizing operational processes while championing the client experience. You will provide the oversight necessary to ensure scalability, adherence to risk controls, and alignment with business goals.
In this position, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to maintain pipeline visibility, forecast capacity, and define clear implementation timelines. Your day-to-day involves driving continuous improvement initiatives, facilitating collaboration between Technology and Risk, and representing the S&O team in strategic planning sessions. You will be accountable for customer experience outcomes, training quality, and operational SLAs, ensuring the commercial card platform is effectively supported and optimized.

3+ years of previous CML Card Servicing experience. Experience in finance, banking, and fintech. Proven analytical ability (data mining/manipulation, forecasting). Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and execute flawlessly. Experience in project planning and management, agile execution methodology with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities. Comfortable working in a team environment and guiding/mentoring staff. Excellent skills with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Candid and concise communication skills. Excellent executive-level presentation skills. Must be savvy and enthusiastic about driving results and innovation. Strong critical thinking and problem solving.
