This role sits within a high-performing Systems Integration and Technology Services business unit (Level 9). The team's mission is to manage, optimize, and secure enterprise-level business operations by maintaining robust risk, continuity, and third-party data infrastructures. They are dedicated to delivering stable, high-quality solutions that support critical production environments.
As a ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Tech Lead/Developer, you will join a team focused on the continuous support and optimization of IRM, BCM, and TPRM applications. This position exists to ensure the stable operation of crucial business applications, bridging the gap between complex technical configurations and business stakeholder needs.
In this role, you will lead day-to-day technical support while maintaining and optimizing platform elements such as forms, lists, workspace views, and ACLs. You will monitor scheduled jobs, integrations, and data quality checks related to security vectors, while also creating and sustaining shared interactive dashboards for key stakeholders. The role requires a blend of deep platform engineering expertise and the agility to handle frequent client travel alongside remote operations.
The interview process consists of 1-2 rounds following the standard internal protocol. Candidates must be prepared to demonstrate their technical expertise in ServiceNow SecOps and their ability to manage production environments effectively.
This position is aligned to a Level 9 Systems Integration / Technology Services business unit. While the work setup is remote, candidates must be willing and able to frequently travel to the client location in Nashville, Tennessee (4101 Charlotte Avenue). Travel and associated expenses are fully paid by the client. The initial contract duration is 24 weeks and 4 days, with a noted possibility of extension.
