About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, curious, and people-oriented Junior IT Administrator to support our growing internal technology environment. This position is designed for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to gain hands-on experience with modern enterprise IT systems, SaaS administration, identity management, and automation.
You will work closely with experienced operations and IT leaders, learning how high-growth companies manage technology at scale. While you do not need to be an expert in every platform we use, we prioritize problem-solving ability, communication skills, curiosity, and a genuine willingness to learn. This role offers a clear pathway for growth into Systems Administration, IT Engineering, SaaS Operations, or Security Operations over time.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, laptops, and SaaS applications
- check_circleAssist with employee onboarding and offboarding including account setup and access management
- check_circleTroubleshoot issues related to Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other workplace tools
- check_circleSupport office IT operations and conference room technology
- check_circleManage platforms such as Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, Jira, and Confluence
- check_circleAssist with user provisioning, permissions management, and access troubleshooting
- check_circleMaintain accurate documentation, guides, and operational procedures
- check_circleAssist with improving workflows and reducing repetitive manual tasks
- check_circlePartner with operations, security, and engineering teams on internal technology initiatives
- check_circleParticipate in troubleshooting, incident response, and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- verifiedCompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Google IT Support, or similar certifications
Nice to Have
Experience or familiarity with Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, and ServiceNow. Experience troubleshooting and supporting Windows and macOS endpoints. Basic understanding of identity and access management, onboarding/offboarding, and asset lifecycle management. Exposure to scripting or automation tools like PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript. Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles such as MFA, password management, phishing awareness, and access control. CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Google IT Support, or similar certifications.
