About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of our automated data processing systems, from project inception to close-out. In this role, you will partner closely with the Program Manager to drive project prioritization and resourcing, ensuring that our strategic goals are met with precision.

Your day-to-day involves coordinating project kick-offs, guiding Business Analysts and Development Teams through the initiation phase, and utilizing ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Portfolio Project Management (PPM), Demand Management, and Agile 2.0 frameworks. You will act as a key support system for the team, removing blockers, coaching members, and leading risk mitigation meetings to ensure smooth progress.

As the landscape of technology evolves, this role also requires a forward-thinking approach to Generative AI. You will leverage your knowledge of ServiceNow Now Assist to support upcoming AI implementation projects. Additionally, you will serve as a vital back-up to the ServiceNow Program Manager, contributing to business planning, continual service improvements, and corporate initiatives.
