You will be working directly as a full-time W2 employee of Bright Vision Technologies on an in-house Statement of Work (SOW) engagement. There is no third-party client, vendor, or implementation partner involved; you will be contributing directly to our delivery roadmap.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications. This position focuses on hands-on configuration and development, requiring you to balance declarative and programmatic approaches thoughtfully. You will write maintainable code that survives upgrades and team turnover, ensuring the platform remains clean, upgrade-safe, and performant.

In this role, you will collaborate with admins, business analysts, and stakeholders to refine requirements and propose pragmatic technical solutions. You will participate in design reviews, contribute to platform standards, and document technical decisions. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful ServiceNow work in production and possesses strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve complex issues across development, test, and production instances.
