You will be working directly as a full-time W2 employee of Bright Vision Technologies on an in-house Statement of Work (SOW) engagement. There is no third-party client, vendor, or implementation partner involved; you will be contributing directly to our internal delivery roadmap.

About the Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, governance, and long-term evolution of our ServiceNow platform. This position combines deep platform mastery with enterprise architecture judgment, driving standards for data, integration, security, and customization that keep the platform scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business priorities.

The ideal candidate has architected ServiceNow at enterprise scale, can confidently shape multi-year roadmaps, and brings strong influence across engineering, business, and executive stakeholders. You will partner with stakeholders to translate process needs into ServiceNow capabilities, mentor developers and admins on best practices, and produce high-quality architecture artifacts that capture key technical decisions clearly for the future.
