This role offers a unique opportunity to join an established and well-respected organization. Unlike many consulting engagements, this is a 100% remote, full-time, direct W2 position with Bright Vision Technologies. You will be part of an in-house Statement of Work (SOW) engagement, meaning there is no third-party client, vendor, or implementation partner involved. You will work directly for Bright Vision Technologies on long-term, multi-year deliverables aligned with our internal roadmap.
About the Role
We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, governance, and long-term evolution of our ServiceNow platform. This role combines deep platform mastery with enterprise architecture judgment, driving standards for data, integration, security, and customization that keep the platform scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business priorities.
The ideal candidate has architected ServiceNow at enterprise scale, can confidently shape multi-year roadmaps, and brings strong influence across engineering, business, and executive stakeholders. You will partner with internal teams to translate process needs into ServiceNow capabilities, mentor developers and admins on best practices, and produce high-quality architecture artifacts that capture key technical decisions clearly for the future. Requirements

Nice to Have
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential. Experience with Now Assist, GenAI Controller, or AI-driven ServiceNow features. Exposure to multi-instance, multi-region ServiceNow deployments. Experience integrating ServiceNow with major SaaS platforms (Workday, Salesforce, SAP). Familiarity with HAM Pro, SAM Pro, or App Engine Studio.
