Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDesign, develop, and implement solutions across ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules
- check_circleBuild and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
- check_circleConfigure and customize components such as Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions
- check_circleDevelop solutions using client-side and server-side JavaScript
- check_circleBuild front-end functionality with AngularJS and customize UI Pages, UI Macros, and CMS
- check_circleDesign and implement REST integrations and Scripted REST APIs
- check_circleConfigure Advanced Work Assignment including queues, channels, and assignment rules
- check_circleManage agent presence and capacity
- check_circleTroubleshoot Agent Chat and Configurable Workspace
- check_circleDevelop ServiceNow portals, pages, and widgets
- check_circleImplement custom logic within Service Portal using AngularJS
- check_circleTroubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance
Requirements
- verified5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- verifiedExperience with ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules
- verifiedStrong JavaScript (client/server-side) and AngularJS skills
- verifiedExperience with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
- verifiedExperience building REST integrations and Scripted APIs
- verifiedHands-on experience with Advanced Work Assignment (AWA)
- verifiedService Portal development experience
Nice to Have
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM). Experience in banking or financial services. Understanding of ITIL frameworks. Experience working in Agile environments.
