The ServiceNow Developer serves a dual role in managing the ServiceNow platform and developing custom solutions to meet business needs. This position involves configuring and maintaining the platform to ensure optimal performance, implementing updates and patches, and designing workflows, scripts, and applications tailored to enhance functionality. Beyond technical development, the role requires managing user accounts, ensuring data integrity, and providing technical support. A key component of the position is collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, continuously improve the platform, and create comprehensive documentation for configurations and customizations.
