As a Service/Repair Technician 2, you will serve as a frontline expert for Hobart Service customers, providing essential on-site support for the installation and maintenance of commercial food equipment. This role is designed for individuals with fundamental knowledge and demonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitude who thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing basic mechanical equipment, interpreting schematic diagrams, and executing preventative maintenance. The position requires flexibility, as the routine schedule includes on-call availability, after-hours support, and weekend or holiday coverage to ensure critical customer needs are met. You will act as the face of the company, delivering a quality customer experience while managing assigned company assets, including vehicles and tools.

Associate's degree or Vocational Certificate. Experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial cooking and/or refrigeration equipment. Industry certification.
