About the Role
This position serves as the primary point of contact for all post-installation issues, ensuring application uptime and system performance. You will work individually and as part of a team to diagnose and resolve complex application issues, execute preventative maintenance, and manage special projects as needed.
Your day-to-day involves performing routine configuration changes, documenting all system modifications through digital tracking systems, and producing quality technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. You will also lead pre-deployment end-to-end testing of upgrades and perform on-site installations of software modifications. This role is critical in maintaining the reliability of our video, access, intrusion, fire, and integrated systems.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Experience with Bosch, Silent Knight fire alarm systems. Experience with Simplex, Notifier, Edwards, Siemens, or other commercial fire systems. NICET certification or State Fire License. ESA Certified Alarm Technician certification. NTS Certified Service Technician certification. Certifications in enterprise grade CCTV and Access Control.
