Our service teams are dedicated to providing exceptional service on Securitas Technology products directly at client sites. This position serves as the primary point of contact for all post-installation issues regarding systems and equipment. Beyond routine troubleshooting, the role involves engaging in special project work as needed to ensure the continued reliability and performance of our security ecosystems.

Experience with Bosch, Silent Knight fire alarm systems. Experience with Simplex, Notifier, Edwards, Siemens, or other commercial fire systems. NICET certification or State Fire License. ESA Certified Alarm Technician certification. NTS Certified Service Technician certification. Certifications in enterprise grade CCTV and Access Control.
Skills: C-5 Limited Electrical Contractor, C-6 Limited Journeyperson License, Low Voltage Equipment, Commercial Access Control, CCTV, Burglary Alarm, Intrusion Systems, Fire Alarms, Bosch, Silent Knight.
Education: High School diploma required or equivalent.
