About the Role
This position serves as the primary client contact for all post-installation issues regarding our systems and equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring application uptime and system performance by responding to trouble tickets and diagnosing complex application issues. The role involves executing preventative maintenance to maximize availability, performing routine configuration changes, and managing special project work as needed.
You will document all system modifications through a digital change control tracking system and produce quality technical documentation suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, you will perform pre-deployment end-to-end testing of upgrades and execute on-site installations for software upgrades and major modifications.
