This position serves as a vital link between our service teams and our clients, focusing on the post-installation lifecycle of our security systems. You will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting application issues and ensuring system performance at client sites. Beyond daily maintenance, the role involves executing special project work and performing on-site installations for software upgrades and major modifications.
Your day-to-day involves diagnosing and resolving application issues to maintain uptime, executing preventative maintenance to identify system faults, and managing routine configuration changes. A key part of your responsibility is bridging the gap between technical and non-technical audiences by producing high-quality documentation that details the conceptual and quantitative facets of system deployments. You will also lead pre-deployment end-to-end testing to ensure all upgrades and modifications are ready for production.

Experience with Bosch, Silent Knight fire alarm systems. Experience with Simplex, Notifier, Edwards, Siemens, or other commercial fire systems. NICET certification or State Fire License. ESA Certified Alarm Technician certification. NTS Certified Service Technician certification. Certifications in enterprise grade CCTV and Access Control.
Skills: C-5 Limited Electrical Contractor, C-6 Limited Journeyperson License, Low Voltage Equipment, Commercial Access Control, CCTV, Burglary Alarm, Intrusion Systems, Fire Alarms, Bosch, Silent Knight.
Education: High School diploma required or equivalent.
