Our service teams are dedicated to providing on-site support for Securitas Technology products. We serve countless long-term clients with solutions that protect their people, customers, and assets, ensuring the seamless operation of video, access, intrusion, fire, and integrated systems.
This position serves as the primary client contact for all post-installation issues regarding our systems and equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring application uptime and system performance by responding to trouble tickets and diagnosing complex application issues. The role involves executing preventative maintenance to identify faults, performing routine configuration changes, and managing digital change control documentation.
You will also produce quality technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences, perform pre-deployment end-to-end testing for upgrades, and execute on-site installations of software modifications. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to solve problems efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
