The Service Technician - SBE is responsible for repairing and reconditioning equipment in the profit center and/or customer locations. This role involves the installation of equipment for customer accounts and the diagnostics of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems to take corrective action. You will provide customer assistance in resolving questions, problems, or complaints regarding equipment, maintaining a good working relationship and liaison with customers to ensure a positive image of the company and product.
