About the Role
The Service Technician plays a vital role in maintaining the operational integrity of our equipment across profit centers and customer locations. You will be responsible for the installation, repair, and reconditioning of equipment, ensuring that mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems function correctly. Your work involves diagnosing operating difficulties, performing necessary adjustments, and executing corrective actions to return equipment to working order.
In this role, you will act as a key liaison between the company and our customers. You will investigate equipment issues, provide assistance in resolving customer questions or complaints, and maintain a positive image of the company and its products. Your day-to-day activities include performing scheduled and unscheduled service activities, such as emergency service calls, preventative maintenance, surveys, and installations. You will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment on location, including exchanging decanters and cleaning brewers, while ensuring your service area and vehicle remain clean, organized, and safe.
