About the Role

The Service Technician is a critical member of our team, responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of our advanced equipment across the food service industry. You will be the face of Restaurant Technologies at customer locations, installing core products for new clients and assisting with training, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance for existing accounts. This role requires a blend of technical mechanical and electrical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset. You will ensure product performance meets customer expectations while adhering to strict safety and operational standards.

Schedule & Culture

This position operates on a Wednesday to Saturday schedule with a 7:00 AM start time, featuring 4x10 hour shifts.
