At Niagara, our mission is to provide our customers with the highest quality, most affordable bottled water. We are looking for Team Members who want to be part of achieving this goal in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment where you can make a real impact.
As a PM Mechanic, you will play a vital role in keeping our facility running smoothly. You will perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems using schematics and technical drawings, and repair equipment, fixtures, and conveyors as required. We value team members who lead like owners by making safety the number one priority and effectively prioritizing tasks based on department goals. We encourage innovation and adaptability, seeking individuals who make recommendations to continuously improve policies and methods. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages designed to support you and your family. Regular full-time team members receive a comprehensive package including paid time off for holidays, sick time, and vacation; paid parental and caregiver leaves; and medical, dental, and vision coverage. We also provide a 401(k) with company match, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, and expanded mental wellbeing benefits.
