About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented Service Operations Supervisor for our Computer Service Repair and Knowledge Bar. This role is central to Micro Center's core promise to take care of our associates and customers, a commitment that has driven our success for over 40 years.
As the Service Operations Supervisor, you will lead the operational aspects, goals, and metrics of the Computer Service Repair Department. You will provide leadership and guidance to the department's associates, ensuring that customer service standards are met and that difficult situations are handled with courtesy and professionalism. Your day will involve driving performance to exceed goals for customer satisfaction, productivity, and operational efficiency, while managing vendor relationships and creating vendor P&Ls. You will also play a key role in staffing, training, and maintaining the technical certification levels of the shop to ensure top-tier service and repair capabilities.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Associate's or Bachelor's degree from a college or technical school. At least one year of related supervisory or management experience in a service facility, retail service department, or tech support environment.
