As an IT Analyst II, you will serve as an intermediate technical resource supporting, maintaining, designing, and developing Versant Power Information Systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability and evolution of our Customer Information System (CIS) and its integration with other critical systems.
In this position, you will support the design, development, and testing of new applications and upgrades. You will provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting while assisting internal customers with reports, queries, and data analysis. Your work will directly impact the synchronization of data between GIS, CIS, AMI, and MDM systems.
You will also collaborate with external service providers and vendors to resolve issues and ensure efficient operations. The role involves participating in disaster recovery planning, contributing to annual technical asset reviews, and actively engaging in team decision-making processes. As part of the team, you will also participate in after-hours call-outs for application support and assist with System Emergency Operations Plan (SEOP) duties when necessary.

Experience with Oracle or other relational databases such as MSSQL or MySQL. Experience with PL/SQL. Reporting expertise with Cognos, TM1, SQL Server reporting services, and/or Crystal Reports.
