About the Team
This role serves as a critical backfill within the Trading & Supply IT organization, specifically supporting the Crude North America portfolio. You will join an Agile Product Delivery Team dedicated to maintaining and evolving the Endur and Oil Data Warehouse (ODW) systems that power our trading operations.
About the Role
This position blends hands-on development with production support, offering ownership across defect resolution, enhancements, and technical delivery. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Endur-based applications while managing L2/L3 support for production issues. Your day-to-day involves triaging and resolving Endur and ODW-related issues end-to-end, creating technical designs and estimates, and driving small projects from conception to completion.
You will work within Agile delivery teams, managing sprints and backlog prioritization, while supporting Change and Problem Management via ServiceNow. Success in this role requires partnering closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure seamless technical delivery in a fast-paced trading environment.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Experience with Oil Data Warehouse (ODW). Exposure to .NET. Prior experience in energy trading or commodities (Crude, T&S). Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows. Ability to start quickly.
