About the Role
This position serves as a vital technical and mechanical resource, ensuring that the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the community meet the Company's rigorous standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. You will be the first point of contact for residents and team members, diagnosing defects and executing repairs in accordance with established policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
Your day-to-day involves overseeing the "make-ready" process to prepare vacant apartment homes for new move-ins, managing vendor relationships, and developing standards that reflect the high quality of the community. You will also play a key role in safety compliance by conducting regular safety meetings, maintaining current MSDS sheets, and ensuring adherence to OSHA regulations. This role requires a flexible schedule, including the ability to take call during evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as working in all weather conditions to maintain the property.

Requirements
