About the Role
The Route Service Representative is a hands-on, customer-facing position that plays a key role in our daily operations. You will be responsible for delivering clean products to customers and collecting soiled items, all while ensuring routes run safely and efficiently.
In this role, you will build strong relationships with customers, maintain high service standards, and help represent CITY positively in the field. You will work closely with your Route Supervisor and teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent service. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
