TTEC is a global consulting, technology, and managed services company dedicated to helping brands deliver smarter, more human customer experiences through data, AI, and technology. Our work connects people and brands every day, starting with the talent behind the experience. We are proud to be a Great Place to Work certified company in the United States, fostering a culture where our purpose, team, and values drive us to bring humanity to business.
As a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent working remotely, you will be a vital part of our Remote CX team. Your mission is to bring peace of mind to customers by taking ownership of resolving escalated or complex inquiries. Whether you are providing quick answers, consulting on products with compassion, or resolving issues with a smile, you will be the difference between an average customer experience and an exceptional one.
You will report to a Team Lead and contribute directly to the success of the customer experience and the overall team. While skills can be learned, your caring and supportive nature is what truly sets you apart. You will be part of a dynamic, global family committed to supporting you every step of the way.
Your typical day involves answering incoming communications from customers and conducting thorough research to resolve their issues. You will apply your product knowledge with integrity, protecting member privacy just as you would your own. While the primary focus is on service, there may be opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers. You will also have access to individualized coaching and thousands of free courses to support your continuous growth.
We are committed to helping you build the skills and confidence to succeed from day one. Your training experience includes engaging, instructor-led online sessions that utilize both webcam video and audio, allowing you to connect visually with trainers, leaders, and teammates. Webcam participation is expected during all instructor-led TTEC and client-required training, either throughout the session or at designated times, and is encouraged during coaching sessions to support meaningful connection and collaboration.
