TTEC is a global consulting, technology, and managed services company dedicated to helping brands deliver smarter, more human customer experiences through data, AI, and technology. Our work connects people and brands every day, starting with the talent behind the experience. We are proud to be a Great Place to Work certified company in the United States, fostering a culture where our purpose, team, and values create an amazing employment experience.
As a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent, you will be a vital part of bringing humanity to business. This role exists to transform average customer interactions into exceptional ones by resolving escalated or complex calls with compassion and integrity. You will own the resolution process, ensuring customers receive quick answers, product consultations, and issue resolution with a smile.
During a typical day, you will answer incoming communications, conduct research to resolve customer issues, and occasionally engage in upselling products or services to existing clients. You will report to a Team Lead and contribute directly to the success of the customer experience and the overall team.
We are committed to helping you build the skills and confidence to succeed from day one. Your training experience includes engaging, instructor-led online sessions using both webcam video and audio, allowing you to connect visually with trainers, leaders, and teammates. Webcam participation is expected during all instructor-led training and encouraged during coaching sessions to support meaningful connection.
Beyond initial training, you will have access to individualized coaching and thousands of free courses to support your continuous growth. While skills can be learned, your caring and supportive nature is what truly sets you apart. You will become part of one dynamic, global family here to support you every step of the way.
We are regularly hiring for this role. To apply, please visit our careers page for more information. Please note that our TTEC Remote CX team currently supports 36 preferred residency states. We are not hiring from Alaska, California, Hawaii, Montana, or outside the United States. Additionally, residents of Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Washington, and Washington D.C. are currently excluded from this specific hiring wave.
TTEC embraces and is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce that respects and empowers the cultures and perspectives within our global teams. We aim to reflect the communities we serve by delivering amazing service and technology, but also humanity. We make it a point to ensure all employees feel valued, belonging, and comfortable being their authentic selves at work. As a global company, we know diversity is our strength because it enables us to view things from different vantage points.
