TTEC is a global consulting, technology, and managed services company dedicated to helping brands deliver smarter, more human customer experiences through data, AI, and technology. Our work connects people and brands every day, starting with the talent behind the experience. We are proud to be a Great Place to Work certified company in the United States, fostering a culture where our purpose, team, and community are truly amazing.
As part of our Remote CX team, you will join a global family of curious, lifelong learners. We are committed to building an inclusive culture where giving back is encouraged, ensuring every employee feels valued, belongs, and is comfortable being their authentic selves. Diversity is our strength, enabling us to view things from different vantage points and deliver service that reflects the communities we serve.
As a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent, you will be a vital part of bringing humanity to business. This role exists to transform average customer interactions into exceptional experiences by resolving escalated or complex calls with compassion and integrity. You will have ownership over customer issues, acting as the difference between a standard resolution and a moment of peace of mind for our clients.
During a typical day, you will answer incoming communications, conduct research to provide accurate answers, and occasionally consult on products with existing customers. While you will report to a Team Lead and contribute to the overall success of the team, your primary focus is on applying your product knowledge to protect member privacy and solve problems with a smile.
We are regularly hiring for this role and are committed to helping you build the skills and confidence to succeed from day one. Your training experience includes engaging, instructor-led online sessions that utilize both webcam video and audio, allowing you to connect visually with trainers, leaders, and fellow teammates. Webcam participation is expected during all instructor-led TTEC and client-required training, either throughout the session or at designated times, and is encouraged during coaching sessions to support meaningful connection.
Beyond initial training, you will have access to individualized coaching and thousands of free courses to support your continuous growth. We offer continuing education paid for by TTEC and a supportive environment for your career and professional development.
This is a remote position available to residents of 36 preferred states in the United States. We are currently not hiring from Alaska, California, Hawaii, Montana, or outside the United States. Additionally, residents of Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Washington, and Washington D.C. are not eligible for this specific opening.
TTEC is an equal opportunity employer. We embrace and are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce that respects and empowers the cultures and perspectives within our global teams.
