About the Role
As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will guide customers through their service visits, introducing them to accessories, upgrades, and packages that enhance their RV lifestyle. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role designed for high-energy retail or service sales professionals seeking a new challenge.
You will be the bridge between technical service and customer satisfaction, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience that builds trust and drives return visits. By identifying and recommending service bundles and upgrades aligned with customer needs, you will convert service visits into long-term relationships and added sales opportunities. The role offers clear goals, commission opportunities, and a distinct path to long-term career growth within a supportive team environment.
