As an integral member of the Marvin sales team, the Appointment Setter is pivotal in expanding our market presence and strengthening client relationships. This role involves the critical first steps in our sales process, setting the stage for effective outreach and engagement. By coordinating with prospective clients, you will help Marvin continue to lead in innovative window and door solutions, leveraging a blend of traditional techniques and cutting-edge design.
In this position, you will conduct initial contact with potential clients to determine their interest in Marvin's products and schedule appointments for sales representatives. You will maintain a calendar of outreach activities, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups, while working alongside marketing to understand and communicate current promotions and products. Additionally, you will utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track engagements and pipeline development, coordinate with the sales team to optimize the coverage of target markets, and provide feedback regarding client responses and product inquiries.
