About the Role
We are hiring a Service Manager to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will lead the service department by forecasting goals, managing budgets, and driving marketing initiatives to promote new and repeat business. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our staff, including hiring, training, and performance monitoring, while ensuring strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations such as OSHA and hazardous waste disposal.
