Our client is seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support Portfolio Managers and teams within a fast-paced, high-volume investment group. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys team-based support, and brings maturity, precision, and strong judgment to every task. The position requires a professional who can manage complex logistics while building strong relationships with broker sales teams and Investor Relations.
You will serve as a critical partner to the Portfolio Managers, coordinating a high volume of internal and external meetings, managing complex calendar planning, and handling domestic and international travel arrangements. The day-to-day involves logging corporate access interactions, processing expense reports, and staying closely aligned with team priorities through weekly meetings. Additionally, you will develop a working understanding of the covered sector and assist with occasional personal requests, collaborating closely with corporate access specialists and other Executive Assistants.
This is a fully onsite role, five days per week. Hours are typically 8:00/8:30 AM to 5:30/6:00 PM, with paid overtime built into the compensation structure to accommodate the demands of the investment group.
