About the Role

The Service Supervisor is the operational heartbeat of our service and repair department. This role exists to ensure the seamless execution of vehicle maintenance while driving profitability and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. You will serve as a bridge between technical expertise and management, assisting with complex vehicle diagnostics, warranty administration, and the strategic oversight of daily operations.

In this position, you will lead by example, setting schedules and assigning tasks to service department employees while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Your day will involve reviewing service orders, training staff, and maintaining strong relationships with factory representatives. You will be responsible for upholding our Core Values, ensuring a safe and organized work environment, and making critical hiring and discipline decisions in collaboration with Human Resources. Success in this role requires a balance of technical knowledge regarding automotive parts and systems with the interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and team members alike.
