About the Role
The Internal Service Advisor is the vital link between our service technicians, Pre-Owned Managers, and the sales team. In this role, you will ensure that our new and pre-owned inventory is meticulously prepared for retail sale. Your day will involve identifying necessary repairs, documenting service requirements, and coordinating the reconditioning process to bring vehicles to the front line as quickly and efficiently as possible.
You will work closely with technicians in ReconTrac to create repair orders, manage the Keytrak system, and estimate costs for mechanical, electrical, and sublet repairs. By advising Pre-Owned Managers on recommended services and collaborating with vendors for detail and reconditioning, you help maintain our dealership's high standards for quality and safety. This position requires a blend of mechanical knowledge, organizational skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for the customer experience.

Requirements
