The Service Manager serves as the operational and strategic leader for our service department. This role exists to ensure the seamless execution of vehicle service and repair operations while driving profitability and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. You will be the bridge between technical service needs and business goals, overseeing the entire lifecycle of service orders from diagnosis to completion.
In this position, you will lead a team of technicians and service advisors, fostering an environment of trust and respect. Your day involves more than just supervision; you will actively engage in diagnosing complex vehicle problems, managing warranty claims, and ensuring the service bay remains organized, clean, and safe. You will work closely with upper management and Human Resources to shape the team through hiring, discipline, and training decisions. Success in this role requires a balance of technical automotive knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers, factory representatives, and your team.
