The Warranty Compliance Auditor is a critical role designed to ensure dealership adherence to warranty, service, and operational policies. You will serve as a bridge between STAND 8 and our dealership partners, conducting detailed compliance audits and analyzing cost and operational data to drive performance improvements.
This position is not just about enforcement; it is about partnership. You will provide actionable recommendations, deliver training to dealership personnel, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions. The role requires significant travel (50%-75%) to support in-dealership evaluations and stakeholder engagement, allowing you to work directly with dealership executives and regional teams to identify and address non-compliance trends.
