This position serves as a vital support hub within the service center, bridging the gap between customer needs and operational execution. In this fast-paced environment, you will act as a primary point of contact for inquiries ranging from rate quotes and billing questions to tracing shipments and resolving delivery issues. The role requires a blend of data entry precision and interpersonal communication to coordinate with drivers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
