About the Role
Vertiv Group is seeking a Service Center Manager to lead Operations & Site Management for our electrical, technology, and manufacturing service center. In this engineering-driven, customer-focused environment, you will own day-to-day service operations, including technician scheduling, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction for mission-critical digital infrastructure.
You will manage P&L performance, drive continuous improvement, and develop a high-performing team supporting data centers and industrial sites. This role offers global exposure, complex technical challenges, and the opportunity to safeguard essential digital operations worldwide. You will partner with sales and engineering to support customer projects and contracts, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of mission-critical service issues while maintaining strong customer relationships.
