About the Role

You will play a critical role in growing Danfoss' Industrial Refrigeration business across the United States. This position is designed to help customers design and build more efficient, reliable, and sustainable refrigeration systems, directly supporting our Climate Solutions mission by enabling lower-emission technologies such as ammonia and CO2-based systems.

As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as both a commercial driver and a technical advisor. Your day-to-day involves translating complex customer needs into practical, value-driven solutions while building trusted relationships with OEMs, contractors, consultants, and end users. Working remotely, you will have the autonomy to own your territory while collaborating with a global organization that values expertise, innovation, and long-term partnerships. You will apply your refrigeration expertise to prepare quotations, size valves and components, and deliver technical guidance to strengthen trust and increase adoption of Danfoss solutions.
