As a Service and Engagement Team Leader, you will be an advocate for the guest experience, empowering your team to welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations. No two days are ever the same, but your role centers on ensuring every team member understands and delivers on Target's guest experience commitments. You will lead a team of Guest Advocates, Service Advocates, and Front of Store Attendants, focusing on decreasing wait times, fostering friendly interactions, and driving loyalty.
You will actively observe and provide feedback, holding team members accountable while recognizing great moments. Your day will involve reviewing area metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, aligning the team on the right behaviors, and celebrating wins. You will also support Target Loyalty Programs, ensuring your team can educate guests on the suite of benefits that enhance their shopping experience. From managing pick-up and drive-up orders to resolving guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, you will help create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly environment for everyone.
