About the Role
As a Guest Advocate, you are an advocate of the guest experience, dedicated to welcoming, thanking, and exceeding guest service expectations. No two days are ever the same in this fast-moving, highly active role, but your core mission is to empower guests to make shopping quick and easy.
You will serve as a knowledgeable partner for both in-store and digital services. Your day will involve blending problem-solving and decision-making to positively impact the guest experience, from resolving concerns to promoting Target Loyalty programs. You will be the face of the store, greeting guests, engaging with them to solve specific needs, and ensuring they are aware of current promos, store activities, and events.
Whether you are at the checklanes, guest services, gift registry, or managing pick-up and drive-up orders, you will ensure exceptional quality. You will also demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct and safety, working efficiently to minimize wait times while maintaining accuracy. This role offers a dynamic environment where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem-solving are key to success.
