About the Food & Beverage Team
The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available, and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. As experts of operations, process, and efficiency, this team leads food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all Food and Beverage areas of the store.

The role of a Starbucks Barista offers a dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. You will create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by curating handcrafted Starbucks food quality and freshness management. Your day will involve delivering exceptional service, from greeting guests with a warm interaction to resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will also produce handcrafted beverages and food to specifications, maintain an inviting dining area, and support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. This role requires you to uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage Standards while following all Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent experience for guests.
