About the Role
As a Service Writer, you will be the engine that drives our shop's productivity and the heart of our operations. This role goes far beyond a standard front-desk position; you will be the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clientele, bridging the gap between technical repairs and customer understanding.
In this position, you will ensure our workflow remains organized from the moment a machine arrives until the final payment is collected. You will serve as the liaison between technicians and customers, explaining technical equipment repairs clearly in both English and Spanish. Your day-to-day involves coordinating complex workflows, managing purchasing for parts, handling collections, and ensuring all documentation is filed correctly. You will be responsible for writing accurate, detailed invoices based on technician notes and processing customer payments, all while maintaining a consistent schedule that includes weekends and major holidays off.
