The Assembly Specialist Manufacturing Manager provides technical leadership and oversight for all manufacturing activities within the S15 Assembly Station. This role ensures effective coordination between multiple processes and manages all station tools, jigs, and their maintenance, repair, and calibration. As the designated deputy for the Business Unit Leader, you will step in to lead the Multi-Functional team during their absence. You will serve as a role model for safety, ensuring OSHA rules are observed by every employee, and act as an escalation point for emergencies during second and off-shift hours.

Bachelors' degree in Aeronautical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-5 years of Leadership experience in Aviation. Experience in a complex, growing, and dynamic environment with a matrixed reporting structure. Proficiency in other languages. Ability to use Microsoft Office, SAP, and MES.
