About the Role

As a Service Advisor at LHM Colorado Jeep, you will serve as the face of the dealership for our service customers. This role is designed for an energetic, customer-focused professional with a passion for developing talent and providing exceptional guest experiences. You will play a pivotal part in redefining the car-buying experience by building rapport with customers, promoting satisfaction, and driving retention.

In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on the care and value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Your day-to-day impact will be felt through honest business practices, accurate repair estimates, and effective communication regarding completion times. You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing relationships between customers and technicians while adhering to strict warranty guidelines and company policies.
