About the Role
As an Automotive Service Advisor / Writer, you will serve as the vital link between our customers and our service technicians. Your primary mission is to present, consult, and sell automotive warranty products and repair services in a professional manner, strictly adhering to manufacturer maintenance schedules and company policies. Beyond technical coordination, you will build lasting rapport with customers to drive satisfaction and retention.
In this fast-paced environment, you will greet customers warmly, gather essential vehicle information, and provide accurate repair estimates. You will manage service appointments, communicate completion times effectively, and handle incoming service calls. A key part of your day involves following up with customers to ensure their needs are met, fostering return visits and contributing to our Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) goals.
Hiring Process
Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment background screening, which includes a criminal background check, review of consumer and motor vehicle records, and verification of Social Security Number. Employment is on an at-will basis and subject to termination if dealership rules and regulations are violated.

Requirements
