About the Role
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our dealership, setting the tone for the entire company. You will answer incoming telephone calls and greet visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner. Your role is to act as an outstanding listener and information source, knowing all points of contact for every department to promptly assist customers. Beyond greeting guests, you will perform essential administrative duties daily to ensure the front desk runs smoothly.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in front desk or administrative roles who possesses a pleasant and courteous personality. You will be the face of Victory Automotive Group, directing customers to the appropriate departments and managing inbound inquiries with professionalism.
