Rochester Ford, part of the Rochester Motor Cars family, is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join our fast-paced dealership. While automotive experience is a plus, it is not required; the ideal candidate will bring self-motivation, a strong focus on customer care, and a willingness to learn.
This role serves as the vital liaison between our technicians and our guests. You will handle guest concerns, manage the check-in and check-out process, and ensure a seamless service experience. Comprehensive training will be provided by both the dealership and the manufacturer to help you succeed.
We offer a full-time opportunity (40+ hours/week) with a complete benefits package, including vacation time, a 401(k) plan, and vehicle purchase plans for employees and their families. A valid driver's license is required. Starting salary, which includes commissions, is dependent on prior experience and skill set.
