About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and in the lives of our team members and customers every day. We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Service Advisor who will help us redefine the car-buying experience.

The Service Advisor is the face of the dealership for service customers. In this role, you will present and sell needed products and services in a professional manner while adhering to manufacturer maintenance schedules. Your goal is to build rapport with customers to promote satisfaction and retention, acting as a trusted advisor on vehicle care and value. You will manage the flow of service appointments, communicate completion times, and ensure strict adherence to warranty guidelines and company policies to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. The selection process includes a pre-employment screening, which consists of a background check and drug test.
