As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire repair process, from the initial drop-off to the final delivery of the completed vehicle. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners in accordance with manufacturer and company guidelines, while partnering with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure the best possible customer experience.
Your day will involve maintaining clear communication with customers to provide timely updates on their repair progress, coordinating closely with technicians to confirm all aspects of vehicle damage are identified, and performing quality inspections prior to delivery. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone, and in person. You will also be expected to uphold our core behaviors of integrity, customer service, innovation, and teamwork.
To join our team, candidates must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and successfully complete a background check. While prior collision estimating experience and familiarity with estimating systems like CCC1 are preferred, we are committed to finding the right fit for our growing organization.
